1. Agreement

By downloading or using Sumptus, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. By using Sumptus you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Service Description

Sumptus is a personal finance tracking app. It is not a financial advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

4. Account

Accounts are identified by an opaque Apple or Google OAuth subject. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in provider.

5. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no use for illegal purposes, no attempts to circumvent Premium gates through tampering.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Billed through Apple App Store (StoreKit 2) or Google Play. Auto-renews until cancelled. Cancel via your device's subscription settings. Refunds handled by Apple/Google per their policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and code is owned by Sumptus. The Inter typeface is licensed under OFL. Heroicons under MIT.

8. Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumptus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may deactivate your account anytime via Settings → Account → Deactivate.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer operates.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you via in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
